Stuart Garner staked his claim for a first team recall with a brilliant unbeaten century as Dereham A wrapped up a convincing win at home to Castle Acre in West Norfolk League Division One.
The 220-run winning margin gave Dereham 22 points and made up for the disappointment of the previous week's narrow defeat at Stow.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, Dereham saw their openers race out the blocks, putting on 151 before Tom Wallace fell for 65.
Neil Irons crashed 46, but it was Garner's faultless 129 not out that guided Dereham to a massive total of 283-3.
Dereham's bowlers were also in great form as Kristian Fletcher dismissed Castle Acre's opener for a second-ball duck.
That set the tone as all Dereham's bowlers took wickets, most notably Daniel Ponder, whose career best figures of 6-4 from seven overs paved the way for an emphatic victory.
