Bradenham U16, pictured with coach, Kevin Denmark, finished runners-up in this year's Vauxhall Holiday Park U16 indoor cricket league.
Bradenham were the defending champions and, having beaten their Topcroft counterparts on Thursday evening, had to wait for the outcome of the following match between Vauxhall Mallards and Great Melton before the title winners could be confirmed.
Mallards won this game and were therefore champions. Bradenham had previously lost their only game in the tournament to Mallards, which was decided on the last ball of the match, showing just how close Bradenham had come to retaining their 2009 title.
