Junior golfer's hole-in-one rewarded

Thirty junior members from Dereham Golf Club, along with six adult helpers, went to Strikes Bowling Alley for their Christmas party. A good time was had by all, the juniors' ages ranging from seven to 17.

Afterwards they enjoyed a burger-style tea.
After tea, secretary Jane Bizley made a presentation to junior George Bedwell, who had shot a hole in one in the summer.
He was presented with a certificate and 12 Srixon balls from the English Golfer Magazine and a hole-in-one trophy from Dereham Golf Club.
