In the 18 holes, junior vice-captain Michael Watters won with an amazing 42 points, closely followed by Ryan Thorogood 41 and Will Cross 40.

The nine holes competition saw 14 year-old Callum Turner celebrate his first win with 22 points, pipping Liam Sewell into second place on 21 points.

All winners received pro' shop vouchers which were presented by Jill Trudgill, the day's sponsor.

In the mini five holes, four brave little souls battled it out to see Immy Leeder take first place, a week before her 10th birthday.

Their season continues with the Monday Club on March 29 which continues weekly until late August, followed by the Easter Trophy on April 11.
