Heavy rain Saturday morning made Dereham's Aldiss Park pitch unplayable over the weekend, sparking a long period of inactivity for a senior team chasing a third-place finish in the Ridgeons Premier Division.

The Magpies are without a game this weekend, returning to action on April 11, when they entertain Mildenhall ahead of Easter Monday's home match with Harwich & Parkeston.

Dereham Reserves are seventh in their Ridgeons section with 29 points from 19 games of a 26-match programme. They lost 4-1 at Lowestoft Reserves at the weekend. On Saturday they are at home to Debenham LC Reserves.
