MATTISHALL FC travelled to newly-promoted Reepham Town and had a very good workout, edging the match 3-2.
This was a good match prior to entertaining Great Yarmouth Town in the Ray (Chalky) Burrell Memorial Trophy on Friday evening (kick-off 6.30pm).
Training is well under way with the sessions at Mattishall FC on Tuesday evenings starting at 6:30pm. Potential new players are welcome and should make themselves known to managers Gavin Tipple or Terry Hill.
This season sees Mattishall first team back in the Premier Division of the Anglian Combination after gaining promotion. The reserves will start in Division Four of the Anglian Combination hopeful of promotion.
