The fifth round of the 2009 Maxxis British Motocross Championship takes place on the spectacular Cadders Hill circuit at Lyng in Norfolk on Sunday, July 12.
All the British-based Grand Prix teams will line up to do battle for the both the MX1 and MX2 titles.
Action gets underway at Lyng with qualifying at 9am, and the first race due off the line at 12.15pm.
