A few Dereham juniors travelled to Ipswich to take part in the East Anglian League along with their team mates from Thetford AC.

Beth Barrett ran in the U15 girls' 100m, finishing in sixth place with 14.4 and in the 200m she came fifth with a time of 30.0.

U13 boy Louis Preston came sixth in the 200m with 33.9 and had two fifth places in the 800m (3.00.8) and in the javelin (17.87m).

Seven personal bests were achieved by the under-11 age group. Ellen Symonds got a hat-trick in the 80m (13.7), the 600m (2:06.7) and in the long jump (2.92m). Kai Wiseman ran 80m in 12.2 and got 5.04m in the shot putt and recorded a season's best in the 600m with 2:01.9.

Ethan Barrett ran 2:26.4 in the 600m, got 3.19m in the long jump, and got a personal best of 3.68m in the shot. Noah Hensby got his pb in the 80m sprint (14.1) while Tobias Cheesbrough ran 1:59.2 in the 600m and bagged himself a brace of pbs in the 80m (12.8) and in the shot (3.95m).
