Bradenham Cricket Club's annual dinner and presentation evening took place at Wensum Valley Golf Club.
Over 60 players, partners, parents and friends heard chairman Tim Evans report on a disappointing season for the senior teams.
Despite this, he paid tribute to the spirit remaining throughout the club which he said bodes well for the future. There had also been some significant individual successes during the season with Pat Dewing passing the personal milestone of 1,300 matches for the club and his son Will passing the 4,000 run mark.
He went on to comment about the huge success of the junior section which is recognised as one of the foremost academies for young players in the county and thanked Dave Caffyn for his efforts in managing this. He also paid tribute to groundsman Brett Gates, the club committee and the many others who contribute on a regular basis.
