Bradenham A made only 100 in the first 23 overs but totalled 262 for four (Ian Moody 25 not out).

Brooke defended well and with Brett Gates (three for 17) and Chad Balluza (two for 42) bowling well harboured no real aspirations of victory, crawling to 177 for five in the face of some extremely generous and attacking field positions.

Sunday's top-of-the-table clash resulted in a 31-run victory.

Thurley and Andy Wilton (13) put on 58 for the first wicket then Thurley dominated assisted by some lusty blows from Ashley Stolworthy (19) in a 181 total.

Bradenham's opening bowling combination of Ashley Stolworthy (two for 12 off seven overs) and Kyle Goodge (four for 33 from 10) ripped the heart out of the Narborough card.
