On Saturday Dereham Rugby Club marked the end of their season with a presentation evening and live music from local band Daffy and the Alien.It rounded of a successful season with the seniors winning the Woodfordes Norfolk Plate and the Barbarians recording impressive victories against the likes of Saracens.
On Saturday Dereham Rugby Club marked the end of their season with a presentation evening and live music from local band Daffy and the Alien.
It rounded of a successful season with the seniors winning the Woodfordes Norfolk Plate and the Barbarians recording impressive victories against the likes of Saracens.
Awards winners (pictured): Player of Year - Andy Brookes, Back of Year - Dan Ponder, Forward of Year - Richard Dunsire, Most Improved - Gareth Drewery, 2nds Player of Year - Tom Edwards. And Clubman of Year - Scott Malcolmson. Youth awards went to Jasper Spencer, Duncan Jaimeson, Shea Durant, Joe Menenzie, Tom Bean and Tim Earp.
Thanks went to all involved in the club and the coaching staff who help to make it such in impressive season.
