Dereham Runners' Sean Atterwill finished second overall out of 92 participants at the Edingthorpe five-mile race.
He finished in 28:09, another strong result for Atterwill.
On a surprisingly warm morning on Sunday, the Wymondham Norfolk County 10-mile was held. Six Dereham Runners entered with Neville Knights finishing 42nd in 1:12:28, followed by Matt Plunkett 62nd 1:16:58, Michael Jewiss 75th 1:21:54, Brian Titchiner 89th 1:24:06, Mike Barrett 90th 1:24:13 and Andy Norton whose wheels appeared to have come off half way round as he finished in 116th 1:37:29. There were 131 finishers.
