Dereham Runners were among 517 athletes in the Norfolk County Championships Valentine 10k race at Easton.

Ed Turner, a 24-year-old trainee accountant from North Elmham powered home in 16th.

Dereham chairman Todd Lake was 22nd, making him the fastest male aged 50-54, scooping a county gold. Carol Devlin collected gold for 50-54. Gill Woodhouse (silver F65+), Lacey Bareham, Sally Lee and Amelia Daniells (bronze, ladies senior team), Carol Devlin, Emma Potter Campbell and Toni Tarrant (bronze, ladies veteran team) all had good runs.
