Monday should have seen Matty Henman's first game in charge of Dereham Town, but their Ridgeons Premier trip to Walsham-le-Willows was cancelled. On Saturday, Dereham entertain CRC and on Tuesday Lowestoft visit Aldiss Park.

Fakenham Town, eager to continue their revived form, saw games at March and at home to Diss lost to the weather on Saturday and Monday. On Saturday they entertain Cornard United, one of the teams they hope to overhaul at the bottom of Ridgeons One.

In the weekend's Dolphin Autos Anglian Combination action, Hindringham handed over the Premier Division bottom spot to Mattishall after a 3-0 win at Acle, but still face a quick return to Division One.

Wells Town led at Sole Bay through a Jody Murfit goal but faded to lose 4-1 while in Division Four, Bradenham's Bulldogs did their promotion chances no harm with a 9-2 thumping of St Andrews Reserves.

An initial look at 7am proved inconclusive and another look at 9am was deemed the same. However, by 10am clerk of the course David Hunter had to call proceedings to a halt as the snow was just not melting sufficiently quickly to make officials completely confident that they would have been able to race at 2pm. Racing returns to Fakenham on Wednesday, May 7.
