CLASSIC Disney songs from eight decades will be performed by Dereham youngsters in a summer musical spectacular next month.Starting with Hi Diddle Dee Dee (Pinocchio, 1940), Zippadee Doo Dah (Song of the South, 1946) and Heigh Ho (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, 1937), the35-strong cast aged seven to 19 from Dereham Operatic Society Youth Theatre Company will take the audience right up to modern numbers like Bop To The Top from High School Musical.

Starting with Hi Diddle Dee Dee (Pinocchio, 1940), Zippadee Doo Dah (Song of the South, 1946) and Heigh Ho (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, 1937), the
35-strong cast aged seven to 19 from Dereham Operatic Society Youth Theatre Company will take the audience right up to modern numbers like Bop To The Top from High School Musical.
In between there are about 30 other songs from Supercalifragilistic (Mary Poppins), A Whole New World (Aladdin), Circle of Life (Lion King), I'm Late (Alice In Wonderland) and Following The Leader (Peter Pan).
There will be a mix of solos, duets, trios, small groups
and whole company
numbers.
Disney Through The Decades is being staged at Dereham Memorial Hall on Friday, July 4 and Saturday July 5, at 7.30pm.
