Whether you have seen it over and over again or somehow managed to avoid the crowds queuing up to see it last year, the screening of Mamma Mia! (PG) at Welborne Village Hall on Saturday, January 24 is bound to brighten up a dark winter evening.
The hall's events organising team has lined up the movie - not the singalong version but jam-packed with all those favourite Abba songs all the same - for the latest of its Village Screen evenings.
Mamma Mia! is the hugely successful big-screen version of the worldwide stage phenomenon and stars, among others, Meryl Streep, Julie Walters, Pierce Brosnan and Stellan Skarsgard.
You may also want to watch:
Streep stars as Donna, the mother to Sophie, who is on a quest to discover the identity of her father on the eve of her wedding. Three men from Donna's past return to the paradise they last visited 20 years ago, resulting in a trip down the aisle no one will ever forget...
All seats for the show are 5, and there is a bar available. Advance bookings can be made by calling Trevor Curson on 01362 858184.
