The Ryburgh Players have an even bigger challenge this year to make audiences forget the real, cruel world and cash in on a bank of mirth.
Beauty and the Beast is this year's offering, running from Wednesday-Saturday, November 26-29 at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30.
And the cost, at £3 a ticket, looks very good value. They can be bought at Chemstop in Fakenham's Bridge Street (tel 01328 862027), with evening ticket inquiries to 01328 855863.
Roger Daniel has again written the show, well known for its really local humour, and combines the role of director with that of musical director. Ready to prompt, but hoping to have a quiet run, are Steven and Julie Thorpe.
