Children in Norfolk are in for a special treat this Easter.

The Easter Eggspress is heading to Mid-Norfolk Railway in Dereham on Saturday, March 31.

Families will have the chance to jump on board and meet their favourite TV characters, from Peppa Pig to Paddington and PAW Patrol’s Chase.

There will also be an Easter Egg hunt and an opportunity to see the Easter Bunny at Easter Egg Land.

A spokesman for the event said: “The Easter Eggspress Train Ride features actors in ever carriage, hosting the most memorable Easter event in 2018.

“There’s also a free Easter activities tent to enjoy once you’ve ridden the train and seen the characters, in case your little ones want to stay a little longer.”

Standard tickets cost £16 per person, with premium tickets available for £29.
